Group discounts are available when buying 10 or more tickets. All artists and programming are subject to change.

TRI-C PRESENTS POLICIES AND INFORMATION:

Ticket Payment: For your convenience, you can purchase tickets with a credit card. We accept the following: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. 

Fees:
for events at PlayhouseSquare there is a $3.00/per order fee, and a 1.5% processing fee per ticket. For events on campus there is a $2.00 processing fee per ticket.

We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

Tickets(s) cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All tickets sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges unless a performance is cancelled by artist(s) or Tri-C Presents.  Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase.

Will call tickets will only be released to person who purchased tickets and must present a valid photo ID.

Use of camera, camera phones, audio, video/digital recorders, paging devices and cell phones are not permitted in the theaters.  Patrons using these items may be asked to leave the theater without being given a refund.

If a patron arrives after the show begins, you may be asked to wait until there is a break in the act before going to your seat.

Children under two years of age are not permitted in the theater.  At designated shows, children of all ages are permitted.  However, everyone regardless of age must have a ticket.

Food and beverage is not permitted in the theater.
